Your bill never leaves your browser. When you drop a PDF into the calculator, it is opened and read on your own device. The text is not sent to our servers, and we do not store the file, the text or the numbers in it.

What we do not collect

We have no accounts and no database of users. We do not log the contents of your bill, the state or kWh you type, or any other calculator input on a server.

What we do collect

The site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts pageviews: which page was loaded, and coarse information such as country and browser. We use it to see which pages are read. We do not use it to track what you enter into the calculator.

Payments

If you buy the paid full plan, payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details on its own page and we never see your card number. The compact calculator inputs needed to rebuild your plan after payment are attached to that Stripe order. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it collects.

Parts links go to retailers and manufacturers. Once you leave this site, their privacy policies apply. Some links are affiliate links; see the affiliate disclosure.
